Inkoflex-W

Inkoflex-W is a water based flexographic printing ink, suitable for both kraft papers and cardboards with fast drying, excellent dry rub, good water resistance on the printed film. Inkoflex-W exhibits high color development.

Inkoflex-W

Composition: Inkoflex-W is formulated on all-acrylic water thinnable copolymers and special additives in order to increase the dry rub properties, to reduce the drying time and to increase the water resistance on the film.
Characteristics: Inkoflex-W remains open on the machine for a longer time but shows rapid drying when it reaches the border.
- Has high color strength and excellent dispersing properties
- Gloss after drying
- High dry rub resistance
- Has a very good viscosity, pH stability and a dilution curve which is almost linear, thus imparting an excellent machine stability.
Application and Use: suitable for both kraft papers and cardboards
Viscosity: 40-90 sec. Zahn cup² (depending on the color)
Application viscosity: 25-30 sec. Zahn cup²
Rub resistance: 30 stroke
Diluents:
- Normal speed: water
- Low speed: Methoxy propanol
- High speed: Ethyl Alcohol
Packing: 5 - 15 -20 Kg PE drums
Special remark: the color strength depends on the roll cells' volume and number of streaks/cm
Storage: 6 months in cool and shaded place from +10°C to +40°C
