Building Industry: Floor & Tiles Adhesives
The building industry line of adhesives covers all the requirements in areas
of floor and wall construction finishing, as well as internal design and decoration
applications that use various types of adhesives. In this vast field we have
the expertise and practically produce custom adhesives for many special finishing
situations, including turnkey projects. The latter usually require special
quality or normal paints and varnishes from our product series.
Ceracement PG
Characteristics: Ceracement is a dispersion 'Ceramic Tiles Adhesive Paste' suitable for strongly fixing ceramic tiles on interior dry absorbent surfaces such as: concrete, plastering, plaster boards and aerated concrete.
Application and Use: Ceracement PG paste is applied on the clean surface of the substrate with the flat side of the trowel, then comb and press the ceramic tiles firmly into the adhesive bedding.
Drying Time: Initial drying after 3 hours. Final drying: Ceracement reaches its final strength after 24 hours.
Safety: Neither flammable nor toxic - solvent free
Packing: 15 and 125 kg
Thinner and Cleaner: clean water
Storage: Ceracement PG can be stored for 12 months in dry places, protected from frost and high temperatures.

Okeparq
Characteristics: Okeparq is a ready to use high quality 'Wooden and Parquet Floor Covering Adhesive' that is easily applied and has high spreading and high bonding properties to dry absorbent surfaces.
Application and Use: Okeparq paste is applied on the dry floor surface using a toothed trowel for bonding wooden and parquet floor covering.
Drying Time: Initial drying after 3 hours. Final drying after 24 hours.
Safety: Neither flammable nor toxic - solvent free
Packing: 15 and 125 kg
Thinner and Cleaner: Okeparq can be thinned with water (10% maximum dilution). When still fresh Okeparq can be washed off with water.
Storage: Okeparq must be kept in protected storage for 12 months in tightly closed original containers.

Ceracement PW
Characteristics: Ceracement PW is a 'Ceramic and Mosaic Tiles Bonding Compound' cementating product manufactured with synthetic resins and selected fillers, it is only mixed with water to form the bonding mortar material ready for use (within 2 hours).
Application and Use: Ceracement PW paste is applied using a suitable trowel for thin-layer adhesion of ceramic, mosaic and vitreous tiles on concrete, masonry and plastered surfaces.
Drying Time: Ceracement PW reaches its final strength after 24 hours.
Safety: Neither flammable nor toxic - solvent free
Packing: 15 and 125 kg
Thinner and Cleaner: clean water.
Storage: Ceracement PW can be stored for 12 months when kept under dry storage conditions.

Vinystick - KF 29FT
Characteristics: Vinystick is a Ready to use viscous 'Vinyl tiles, Carpets and Linoleum Adhesive Emulsion' based on acrylic copolymer.
Application and Use: VinyStick is an adhesive for bonding vinyl tiles, carpets, Linoleum and PVC floor coverings. VinyStick is pplied using a suitable toothed trowel to even sub-floors of wood, concrete, floor tiles, slabs and hard plaster.
Rate of consumption: 400 -500 gm/m²
Drying Time: Vinystick reaches its final strength after 24 hours.
Safety: Non flammable solvent base
Packing: 15 and 125 kg
Thinner and Cleaner: clean water.
Storage: VinyStick can be stored for 12 months when protected from frost and high temperatures.
