Carpentry & Wood Adhesives
The carpentry line of adhesives covers all the requirements of industrial
and non-industrial wood and carpentry factories. We also have the ability
and do produce custom adhesives for special carpentry applications.
KF326 - Hardy
Characteristics: Hardy is a ready for use emulsion based on copolymers of synthetic resin, specially developed for all wood bonding operations.
Hardy combines a high cohesive strength with excellent low temperature flexibility in bonds involving at least one porous substrate, rapid bond strength development is obtained across a wide range of temperatures.
After evaporation, Hardy leaves on treated surfaces a flexible tough film with low water uptake properties.
Application: Carry has excellent mechanical stability and can be applied by roller, coated, as well as by brush or hand roller.
Color: White emulsion
Safety: Neither flammable nor toxic - solvent free
Uses: Hardy is equally effective with soft woods, hard woods, chipboard, plywood, good adhesion to PVC, impregnated paper foils, varnished surfaces, decorative laminates as Formica and veneers.
Packing: 15 - 125 kg
Solid Content: 59 ± 2%
pH: 4.5 - 5.5
Viscosity (m Pas): 3500- 7000
Cleaning up: Residues of Hardy when still fresh can be washed off with water
Storage: 12 months in tightly closed containers protected from frost, sunlight or overheating

KF200W - Carry
Characteristics: Carry is a ready for use synthetic resin emulsion based adhesive in combination with special additives, developed for all wood bonding operations.
The setting time of Carry is about 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the adhesive film, this time can be reduced by applying heat when hydraulic presses are heat able. Carry reaches its final strength after 24 hours.
Carry can be diluted by 10-20% with normal clean water.
It is non-staining and dries to a tough and transparent film with low water uptake properties.
Application: Carry has excellent mechanical stability and can be applied by roller, coated, as well as by brush or hand roller.

Uses: Carry is equally effective with soft woods , hard woods, chipboard, plywood and decoration laminates as Formica and veneers. In case of lamination with Formica sheets surfaces to be bonded must be horizontally placed.
