Textile Auxiliaries: Dyeing

We proudly state that our renowed industrial grade textile auxiliaries have been successfully used in major textile plants in Egypt and the Middle East for many years with excellent results and continuous customer satisfaction. Furthermore we supply the excellent Zydex textile auxiliary products, as representative and sole agent of Zydex Industries in Egypt and the Middle East area.

Zydex Industries currently export state-of-the art textile auxiliary products to 19 major textile plants in technologically advanced countries all over the world.

We thus supply most of the textile industry requirements to ensure high quality manufacturing in the following processing steps and specialties.

3. Dyeing Products:

3.1 Egalamine FA	Wetting and leveling agent with affinity for the dyestuffs. Low foaming product with anionic character has good leveling effect, and also good detergency, can therefore be employed for dyeing and cleansing in one bath.

3.2 Solimed M	An excellent non-ionic/ anionic leveling agent for the dyeing of polyester and blends with Cellulose. Gives good result with continuous machines.

3.3 Accelerator PE	A strong and efficient anion active carrier suitable for dyeing polyester and its blends at high temperature (125°C - 135°C) and high pressure. Has no foaming property and therefore it is suitable for rapid jet dyeing machines.
