1.1 R-3000 – NAJ |
Specialty polyester resin for zero twist polyester filament yarn sizing new generation polymer designed for zero twist polyester filament yarn sizing. It replaces acrylic polymer solutions. Reduces the percentage of size add on to 3.5-7% depending on yarn and type of looms with exceptionally good weaving performance. |
| 1.2 Sizol AQ | New generation modified starch compound specially formulated for use as an additive with unmodified or local starches for spun yarn sizing. The product has excellent adhesion to polyester, cotton and rayon fibers. Gives better bonding, excellent lubricity, flexibility and abrasion resistance making it an ideal one-component additive for spun yarn sizing. Being a modified starch is easier to desize with normal enzyme technique. |
| 1.3 Zytoplast | New generation Modified Starch compound specially formulated for spun yarn sizing. The product has excellent adhesion to polyester, cotton and rayon fibers & has less than 0.5% synthetic organic polymers gives excellent lubricity, flexibility and abrasion resistance making it an ideal compound for spun yarn sizing. Being a modified starch is easier to desize with normal enzyme technique |
| 1.4 Zytoplast T T | New generation Modified Tapioca Starch compound specially formulated with speciality additives for terry towel sizing. The product has excellent adhesion to cotton. Gives excellent lubricity, flexibility and abrasion resistance making it an ideal compound for spun yarn sizing. Is based on modified starches making it easier to desize with regular desizing methods used by Terry towel industry. |

1.6.1 Zydex 2300 (RAN 1000) |
Specially designed acrylic polymer to improve the properties of starch for smooth film formation and reduced hairiness during sizing. New generation polymer designed with latest organic and physical chemistry used for sizing of spun yarn using starch based recipe. RAN-1000 gives 10% to 25% cost reduction by replacing PVA, Acrylic solution, CMC and Gum. |
1.6.2 Zydex 2400 (Z-3000 ACP) |
Specially designed synthetic polymer resin to improve adhesion and cohesion for sized spun yarn, for both cotton and polyester blends. Fully compatible with starch and improves the properties of starch for superior weaving. Completely water dispersible. It improves flexibility, abrasion resistance, smoothness of the yarn and gain in strength. |
1.6.3 Zydex 2501 (R-Soft-44) |
Specially designed softener for sizing of spun yarn. Designed for flexibilising starch, improving lubricity and minimizing the loss of adhesion. a new generation product based on new chemistry. It reduces the brittleness of starch and improves lubricity. |
