Textile Auxiliaries: Pre-Treatment

We proudly state that our renowed industrial grade textile auxiliaries have been successfully used in major textile plants in Egypt and the Middle East for many years with excellent results and continuous customer satisfaction. Furthermore we supply the excellent Zydex textile auxiliary products, as representative and sole agent of Zydex Industries in Egypt and the Middle East area.

Zydex Industries currently export state-of-the art textile auxiliary products to 19 major textile plants in technologically advanced countries all over the world.

We thus supply most of the textile industry requirements to ensure high quality manufacturing in the following processing steps and specialties.

2. Pre-Treatment Products:

2.1 Zycowet	New generation non-ionic and mildly anionic Polymer-based solution designed for effective removal of natural impurities and suspension of oil during scouring or dyeing process from woven or knitted fabrics.

2.2 Zycowet P	New generation non-ionic and mildly anionic Polymer based solution designed for effective removal of texturizing oil, wax & other impurities and suspension of oil during scouring from woven or knitted fabrics.

2.3 Zyterge Base PW	New generation non-ionic polymer designed for effective removal of unfixed indigo dye from denim fabric. Non-ionic polymer based solution gives stable suspension of indigo blue dye particles released during washing process in bath. The product is stable with Amylase enzyme rinse (desize) to remove the starch, improve wetting and soften the fabric.

2.4 Soliwet AG/C	Concentrated non-ionic wetting emulsifying and washing agent, very low foaming. Can be used in machines where a high shear and high temperature exist in all stages of processing for cotton and synthetic fabrics.

2.5 Soliwet AG	Synergetic preparation of non-ionic surfactants has very good detergency, wet ability and emulsifying properties. Due to its very low foaming properties, Soliwet AG can be used in machines where a high shear and high temperature exist can be used in all stages of processing for cotton and its blends also for synthetic fabrics.

2.6 Soliwet AG/S	Very low foaming product has remarkable wetting emulsifying and washing properties, based on a blend of anionic and non-ionic surfactants can be used successfully in case of yarns cones.

2 7 Deternil A	Non-ionic product having remarkable wetting and washing properties, low to moderate foaming, removes oil, grease and stains over a wide range of temperatures and pH. Easily soluble in water all proportions. Suitable for all pretreatment processes, for bleaching procedures and also in machines similar to long close where the cones of Yarns are immersed in the solutions of chemicals.

2.8 Lipol 610	Blend of anionic / non-ionic surfactants, foaming product, has good cleaning and scouring action, also remarkable emulsifying and wetting properties, can be used in all stages of processing for cotton and its blend, also for wool and synthetics fabrics.
