Qambis' Lost Army.
The 50,000 soldiers of the Persian army was sent by king Qambis (6th century B.C.) to destroy the Temple of the Oracle in Siwa Oasis. These unfortunate soldiers never fulfilled their mission. In fact, this army neither reached destination nor returned back!

Yellow to green translucent stone found only in the Great Sand Sea due to a sudden heating of the sand caused by an ancient meteor.
Recently a researcher proved that the rare semi-precious stone in the middle of the Tut Ankh Amun's royal pectoral (kept in The Egyptian Museum in Cairo) is a silica glass. On the 10th day of this tour you will have the chance to examine this stone in its original location.
